You grant us a limited license to use your inputs for the purpose of running the Services, training your custom agents, and improving platform performance. We do not use customer data to train public models.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide reliable automation and analytics. However, we do not warrant that:

• The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Predictions, analytics, forecasts, or insights will be completely accurate
• Automations will function without unexpected behavior

You use the Services at your own risk.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that your team uses the platform safely. Notify us immediately at hello@rockyridgeai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized account use.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Certain Services may require payment or subscription fees.

By purchasing or subscribing:

• All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to your billing date

You understand that AI outputs may be imperfect and that you assume full responsibility for decisions made using our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RockyRidge AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of privacy or data laws when using customer data
• AI usage within your business operations

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or arbitration in Calgary, Alberta.

15. Changes to Terms
